WTF Gyms runs 60 premium gyms of its own across Delhi NCR (Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurugram), plus ~200 partner gyms under WTF Powered - ~270 gyms and 85,000+ members on one operating system (member app, trainer app, CRM, AI). We are scaling fast and need operators who already run gyms by the numbers.
Only for people who run PT businesses in gyms today or did within the last year. Not for individual personal trainers who have never managed a trainer team and its revenue.
What you own
- The personal-training business of a group of WTF gyms: 30-50 lakh a month in PT revenue - packages, renewals, attach rate, trainer productivity.
- Lead and grow 20-40 trainers: hiring, certification, floor standards, member results and PT selling.
- Daily PT dashboards by gym and trainer; fix the trainer or gym that is behind.
- Member transformation results and programme quality.
Who fits
- 5-10 years in gyms, with 2+ years as fitness manager / PT head owning PT revenue across one large club or several gyms at Cult, Anytime Fitness, Gold's Gym, Pro Ultimate, Fitness First or similar.
- Has worked in the gym industry within the last 12 months.
- Certified (ACE / NASM / ACSM / K11 / equivalent) and still credible on the floor.
Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, in office • 6 days • CTC 12-18 LPA fixed + up to 6 LPA on PT revenue.
