Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer with 4–5 years of site experience to lead site teams, enforce quality standards, handle client coordination, manage documentation, and deliver defect-free residential handovers in Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

Core Responsibilities

- Finishing Execution: Supervise all interior/exterior activities, including plastering, tiling, marble/granite work, false ceilings, painting, door/window fittings, and waterproofing.
- Quality Control & Snag Rectification: Inspect works against civil standards, perform quality checks, make snag lists, and ensure 100% defect rectification before final handover.
- Team Leadership & Site Supervision: Direct site labour and subcontractors, setting daily targets to keep schedules strictly on track.
- Client Coordination: Serve as primary site contact, manage communications, conduct client walkthroughs, and resolve feedback.
- Site Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain DSRs, quality audit logs, snag/de-snag reports, and handover records.
- Material & Inventory Control: Inspect incoming materials (tiles, paint, fixtures, adhesives) for quality and control site wastage.
- MEP Alignment: Coordinate with plumbing and electrical teams to prevent interface conflicts and rework.

Key Requirements

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 4–5 years strictly in residential finishing
- Location: Resident of Navi Mumbai or near Panvel
- Conveyance: Bike preferred (optional)
