We operate across the United States, India, and Southeast Asia, supporting value-based care programs including CCM, RPM, PCM, BHI, and telehealth-enabled workflows.

We are now looking for a highly driven head of finance to help build and professionalize our US healthcare finance operations as we scale rapidly across multiple states. This role will work directly with the founders and leadership team on mission-critical finance, accounting, compliance, and operational workflows.

Role Overview

This is not a routine accounting role.

We are looking for someone who can build financial systems, drive operational discipline, coordinate with external CPAs/bookkeepers, and bring structure to a fast-growing US healthcare business.

The ideal candidate is highly ownership-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You should be able to independently manage finance operations while coordinating across founders, operations, billing, credentialing, and external vendors.

This role will evolve into a key leadership position within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Accounting

Own day-to-day finance operations for US healthcare business entities

Coordinate with external US CPA firms, bookkeepers, and finance vendors

Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows

Oversee invoice generation, payment tracking, reconciliations, and collections reporting

Ensure accurate bookkeeping across multiple entities/accounts

Prepare monthly MIS,



financial reports, and cash flow summaries

Monitor banking operations and financial hygiene

Compliance & Controls

Support coordination for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation

Maintain organized documentation for contracts, vendor agreements, and financial records

Help improve internal controls and financial SOPs

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

Build scalable finance processes as the company grows

Identify inefficiencies and drive process automation

Support fundraising, investor diligence, and financial reporting requirements

Work directly with founders on strategic finance initiatives

Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, HR, billing, and leadership teams

Ideal Candidate

CA Mandatory

Upto 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or controllership roles

Max 15-20 LPA compensation

Strong understanding of US accounting workflows

Experience working with US clients or US businesses preferred

Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment

Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently solve problems

Excellent communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and process orientation

Preferred Skills

QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms

Financial modeling and MIS reporting

Vendor and CPA coordination

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

Ability to work across India and US teams/time zones
