The Financial Business Analyst role plays a key part in corporate planning, financial planning and analysis, and business performance management. This onsite position offers an opportunity to evaluate financial and operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making across the insurance business.

Responsibilities

- Lead corporate management and business performance management activities

- Monitor and analyse financial performance to support strategic decision-making

- Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Perform quarterly financial reviews and evaluate overall business performance

- Oversee profitability and revenue management across the insurance business

- Identify performance gaps against established targets and analyse the root causes of underperformance

- Report business performance and key findings to relevant stakeholders in India, Singapore, and Japan

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- At least 5 years of experience in corporate planning, business performance management, financial planning and analysis, finance, or strategy

- Solid analytical and financial modelling skills

- Experience in the insurance, financial services, or asset management industry is highly regarded

- Experience working within a Japan-based organisation would be valuable

- Strong English communication skills are required
