About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Officer to manage finance and accounts at our office in Bandhabahal, Jharsuguda.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of financial records, statutory compliance, cash flow, and reporting across multiple projects. You'll work directly with management and give them clear, reliable information for business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations
- Oversee client billing, collections, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Track project-wise costs, income, and profitability
- Prepare budgets, financial statements, and monthly MIS reports for management
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government departments
- Review payroll accounting for project manpower with the HR team
- Provide financial documents and certificates needed for tenders and GeM bids
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and record-keeping

What We're Looking For

- A B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter, or similar qualification
- [5–8] years of finance and accounting experience




- Robust working knowledge of Tally and advanced MS Excel
- In-depth practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and audit requirements
- Experience managing cash flow, receivables, payables, and financial reporting
- Experience in a manpower, security, facility management, or contracting business is preferred
- Experience working with auditors, banks, and consultants
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
- Good communication in Odia, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to work from our Bandhabahal office
