Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and finance activities.

- Support the preparation and maintenance of financial records, statements, and reports.

- Assist with invoice processing, expense documentation, and data entry.

- Help verify financial information and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

- Support bank, vendor, customer, and other account reconciliations as required.

- Maintain and update financial data in Excel sheets and internal systems.

- Assist in preparing MIS reports and compiling financial data for review.

- Organize and maintain finance-related documents and records in a systematic manner.

- Follow up with internal teams for invoices, approvals, and missing documentation.

- Support the team during month-end activities and other reporting requirements.

- Handle financial information with confidentiality and follow company processes.





Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, BBA, M.Com, or MBA in Finance / Accounting.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Valuable numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to learn accounting systems, finance tools, and internal processes.

- Ability to manage data carefully and meet assigned deadlines.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with the team.

- Willingness to work in the night shift aligned with international business hours.
