Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and well-connected Freelance Field Team Leaders (FTLs) who have their own field manpower/team and can independently manage field investigation operations.

? Job Location: Punjab & Haryana

? Work Type: Freelance / Independent Association

? Manpower Requirement: Must have an existing team of Field Officers (FOs)

? Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate a team of Field Officers.
- Handle field investigation assignments across the assigned region.
- Ensure timely case completion and TAT compliance.
- Maintain proper coordination with the company’s operations team.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in investigation reports.
- Arrange and manage manpower independently.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Prior experience in insurance investigation or field operations preferred.




- Must have an existing team of Field Officers.
- Strong local network and regional coverage across Punjab or Haryana.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet operational deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Significant Terms:

- This is strictly a freelance-based association, not a full-time employment opportunity.
- Candidates must have their own manpower/team.
- Remuneration will be based on mutually agreed case-wise/performance-based terms.
