Role Description The Field Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi.

The Field

Executive will be responsible for visiting client locations, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring that services are delivered as promised. Typical activities include collecting and verifying information, managing field documentation, supporting logistics or delivery-related tasks, and addressing customer queries or concerns on-site. The role involves close coordination with internal teams to report progress,



escalate issues, and maintain accurate records of field activities. This position requires consistent presence in the field, adherence to company policies, and professional representation of Cloudsmaya Services Pvt Ltd at all times.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage field operations, including site visits, documentation, and basic reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet daily targets.
- Comfort with using mobile apps and basic computer tools for data entry and coordination.
- Proven reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and company guidelines.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhiwandi and travel locally as required.
