Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Real Estate Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Tirupati. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, arranging property site visits, showcasing apartments, flats, and residential plots, negotiating with customers, and successfully closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements. Arrange and conduct site visits for apartments, flats, and residential plots. Explain property details, pricing, location advantages, and documentation.

Negotiate with customers and convince them to finalize the deal. Follow up with interested customers regularly. Coordinate with property owners, builders, and customers.



Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Maintain good customer relationships until deal closure.

Requirements: Good communication and convincing skills. Interest in real estate sales and marketing. Negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Willingness to travel locally within Tirupati. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Previous real estate sales experience is an advantage. Freshers with good sales skills can also apply.
