Job Overview:-

We are looking for a result-oriented B2B Sales & Field Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales and client acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating leads, conducting client meetings and converting business opportunities into successful deals.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients and corporate customers.
- Generate business leads through field visits, networking and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, builders, developers, contractors and business associates.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Promote the company's products and services to potential business customers.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow up on business enquiries.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Convert prospective leads into confirmed business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and project execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, client databases and sales MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Field Sales or Business Development.
- Solid client acquisition and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in handling corporate clients and closing business deals.
- Good knowledge of the Kolkata market.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Kolkata-based candidates preferred.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, infrastructure, landscaping, gardening, construction or facility management will be preferred.
