Field Facilitator

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with relevant field exposure may also be considered) Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Preference for Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Sociology, or related fields.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Field Facilitator to support community engagement and field implementation of projects related to renewable energy, water management, agriculture, livelihoods, and rural development. The role involves working closely with farmers, village communities, SHGs, Gram Panchayats, and other local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct regular village visits and support project implementation.



Mobilize farmers, women, youth, and community members for project participation.



Organize community meetings, awareness programs, and training sessions.



Conduct beneficiary identification, surveys, and field data collection.



Coordinate with SHGs, Water User Groups (WUGs), Gram Panchayats, and village institutions.



Support implementation and monitoring of solar energy, water conservation, irrigation, and livelihood activities.



Maintain beneficiary records, field reports, photographs, and project documentation.



Collect feedback from beneficiaries and monitor project progress.



Support impact assessment, reporting, and documentation activities.







Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and government stakeholders as required. [Field Facilitator | Word]
