Looking for an educated, experienced, confident, responsible and dedicated Full Time Female Governess for a Business family to take care of children (age around 15 - 18 years). Primarily serve as a mentor for the holistic development of the children by providing personalized services to their academic, social and personal needs within the family setting. Role & responsibilities

- Plan & implement tailored academic & non-academic activities as per the interest of the children or the family preferences.
- Oversee the other aspects of the daily routine related to health, hygiene, and nutrition. Meal planning and ensuring a balanced diet for the children.
- Teach good manners, etiquette, and social skills, promoting positive behavior and discipline within a structured workplace.




- Coordinate & develop comprehensive, individualized daily routine to promote balance between academic excellence and social development.
- Organize and participate in educational outings, cultural visits, and recreational activities to enhance the child's overall development and social interaction
- Work with other household staff and maintain strong communication with parents to align goals and address any concerns
- Accompany the family/children on domestic & International trips to continue the care as needed
- Enforce and follow security protocols, entry access monitoring and responding to emergencies.
- Prior work experience in Residence operations is preferred.
