- Strong experience in Call Center / BPO Operations.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Should have minimum 2- 3 years of experience as an Assistant manager / Dputy manager on paper.
- Excellent operational and performance management abilities.
- Robust communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to drive business performance and achieve operational targets.
