We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Fashion Designer who can develop innovative menswear designs and translate concepts into production-ready garments.

Key Responsibilities

- Fashion Design & Development
- Design contemporary menswear, including T-shirts, shirts, polos, trousers, denim, jackets, and streetwear.
- Develop moodboards, design sketches, colour palettes, prints, embroidery concepts, and silhouettes.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and finalize collections.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and emerging design concepts.

- Technical Design & Sampling

- Prepare detailed tech packs, technical flats, measurements, and garment specifications.
- Coordinate with the Merchandiser and sampling teams to develop prototypes.
- Review garment fit, construction, fabric quality, and finishing.
- Recommend and implement necessary sample corrections before production.

- Merchandising & Production Coordination

- Work closely with the Merchandiser on fabric selection, sourcing feasibility, costing, and manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure approved designs are accurately translated into finished garments.




- Address design-related issues during sampling and production.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and meet development deadlines.

- Product Quality & Improvement

- Ensure designs align with Tones Fashion's brand identity and quality standards.
- Review customer feedback regarding sizing, fit, comfort, and product quality.
- Suggest design improvements and commercially relevant product innovations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in fashion design, preferably menswear.
- Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Procreate or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, sizing, and technical specifications.
- Experience preparing tech packs and coordinating garment sampling.
- Knowledge of contemporary menswear trends and apparel manufacturing.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- A relevant fashion design portfolio is mandatory.
