Experienced HR Practical Training Faculty

ICD is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver practical training for our 2-month HR Certificate Course designed for working professionals who wish to upskill, enhance their HR knowledge, and strengthen their practical workplace competencies.

The ideal candidate should have substantial industry experience and the ability to provide hands-on, job-oriented training based on real-world HR operations and current workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical HR training sessions for working professionals.
- Provide hands-on training in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee management.
- Teach payroll processing, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Train learners in labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
- Provide practical exposure to HRMS and HR-related software.
- Develop real-time assignments, case studies,



and workplace simulations.
- Help learners apply updated HR practices and improve their professional skills.

Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or a relevant qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven HR industry experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.
- Previous experience in corporate training or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver practical, industry-oriented training to working professionals.

Pay: ₹9,235.10 - ₹35,732.89 per month
