We are looking for an accomplished Executive Chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality, fine dining and hotel operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading professional kitchen teams, developing diverse menus and maintaining exceptional standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the overall culinary operations across all hotel dining outlets, banquets and in-room dining.
- Develop innovative menus, curate food concepts and ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Lead, train and manage kitchen teams across multiple culinary sections.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen management.
- Manage food costs, inventory, procurement and kitchen budgets.
- Work closely with the F&B; and management teams to enhance dining experiences.
- Introduce seasonal menus, signature dishes and innovative culinary experiences.




- Ensure efficient kitchen operations while maintaining quality and cost controls.

Candidate Profile

- 10–15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in senior culinary leadership.
- Prior experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef in 5 star hotels, luxury resorts or premium hospitality establishments.
- Robust expertise in multi-cuisine operations, fine dining, banquets and large scale food production.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large culinary teams.
- Strong understanding of food costing, menu engineering, inventory and kitchen budgeting.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and FSSAI compliance.
- Creative approach to menu development with a strong focus on quality and presentation.
- Experience in hotel pre opening operations will be an added advantage.
