The founder runs all of it - and needs one person who makes sure nothing the founder decides ever gets dropped.

Not for receptionists, typists or office-admin roles. This is the founder's right hand: you own outcomes, not just the calendar.

What you own

- The founder's day: calendar, priorities, meetings, travel - planned a week ahead, protected every day.
- Every decision turned into action: notes from every meeting, owners and deadlines the same day, and you chase until it is done - across 11 brands and dozens of team heads.
- Create, not just coordinate: briefs, decks, trackers, emails, documents and reports, fast and clean, using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, Sheets).




- Be the founder's voice when the founder is busy: communicate crisply with team heads, partners, investors and vendors; know what to escalate and what to close yourself.
- Run special projects end to end when the founder hands them over - and report back with the result, not the problem.

- Absolute confidentiality.

Who fits

- 2-7 years as EA / Founder's Office associate / Chief-of-Staff associate to a founder or CXO at a quick-moving startup (Zepto, Zomato, CRED, Razorpay, Urban Company type) or a top consulting / VC firm.

- Super sharp, extremely organised, relentless follow-through; you chase people politely until it is done.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi; strong with Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets and AI tools.
- Available full-time, on-site in Sector 9 Noida, 6 days, with travel when needed.

Work: Sector 9, Noida (head office) + regular visits to gyms across Delhi NCR • full-time, on-site • 6 days • CTC 10-15 LPA.
