SAP GRC / BR&C; Technology Architect

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP GRC / Business Risk & Compliance (BR&C;) Technology Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide SAP Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Security solutions. The role will define security and compliance architecture across SAP S/4HANA landscapes, drive risk mitigation, access governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance while enabling secure digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define SAP GRC and BR&C; target-state architecture, standards, and governance.
- Lead solution design and implementation of SAP GRC Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Emergency Access Management.
- Establish and govern Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks, mitigating business and regulatory risks.
- Design enterprise-wide SAP Security and Authorization models across SAP S/4HANA and integrated SAP applications.
- Collaborate with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Business teams to ensure regulatory compliance and control effectiveness.
- Lead architecture reviews, solution workshops, and technical governance forums.
- Provide strategic guidance for SAP security transformation, cloud adoption, and identity governance initiatives.
- Mentor delivery teams and drive solution excellence across global implementations.

- Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP GRC implementation programs. Based on internal SAP GRC skill requirements identified in JD And Skills Matrix - ASDA SAP
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Security, Access Governance, and Risk & Compliance.
- Proven experience leading global SAP transformation and governance initiatives.
