Role OverviewSTAQX, Bandra, is looking for a dynamic, confident, well-groomed and socially outgoing professional to coordinate nightlife operations, events, guest relations and business development.

The individual will represent STAQX as the Face of the Place, acting as the primary point of contact for guests, VIP clientele, event organisers, influencers, entertainment partners and corporate associates.

The position requires a commercially driven personality with excellent networking, communication, coordination and sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities1. Nightlife Operations Coordination

- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the venue.
- Liaise with F&B;, bar, service, security and management teams.
- Ensure operational readiness and guest experience standards.
- Coordinate special requirements during events and peak business hours.

2. Events & Entertainment

- Plan and coordinate DJ nights, theme nights, private parties, celebrations and special events.
- Coordinate with DJs, artists, performers and entertainment agencies.
- Manage event schedules, guest lists, bookings and execution.
- Develop innovative event concepts and promotional initiatives.

3. Guest Relations & Networking

- Act as the face and brand representative of STAQX.
- Build relationships with premium clientele, HNI guests, influencers, celebrities and social communities.
- Drive repeat visits, referrals and guest engagement.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery.

4. Sales & Business Development

- Generate business through table reservations, group bookings and private parties.
- Drive walk-ins, advance reservations and repeat clientele.




- Develop corporate associations, brand collaborations and event partnerships.
- Negotiate and convert event enquiries into business.
- Maintain a client database and generate regular business reports.

5. Management & Administrative Coordination

- Assist directors and management with event planning and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain booking records, event reports and guest feedback.
- Ensure seamless communication between management and operating teams.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in nightclub operations, lounges, premium restaurants, pubs, hospitality or event management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident personality, professional grooming and social presence.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Sales-oriented with a proven ability to generate and convert business.
- Comfortable working late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, Excel and reporting.
