About Catch a Trip
Catch a Trip specializes in customized European holidays, luxury European getaways, premium honeymoons and personalized travel experiences.
We are looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Europe Holiday Sales Specialist with strong European destination knowledge, excellent salesmanship and proven client conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert Europe holiday enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Design customized European holiday itineraries.
- Have robust knowledge of Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain.
- Candidates with additional experience in Scandinavian destinations will be given preference.
- Handle Luxury and Premium clients professionally.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and manage package profitability.
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle, from initial enquiry to booking confirmation.
- Handle client objections, follow-ups,
upselling and deal closures.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and focus on revenue growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years of experience specifically in Europe holiday package sales.
- Strong practical knowledge of European destinations.
- Proven experience in handling Luxury and Premium clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales-closing skills.
- Ability to independently convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Good understanding of costing, margins and profitability.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- A smart, proactive, confident and target-driven sales professional.
Salary & Compensation
Salary will be offered as per current market standards, based on the candidate's relevant experience, Europe destination expertise, and proven sales performance.
