We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance skilled with strong practical knowledge of accounting processes and ERP software.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, retail, trading, export houses or ERP implementation environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate accounting transactions and financial workflows in ERP software.
- Verify ledgers, vouchers, purchase bills, sales invoices, debit/credit notes and journal entries.
- Validate GST-related transactions, tax calculations and accounting reports.
- Review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Ledger Statements.
- Perform bank, vendor/customer and inventory-related reconciliations.
- Support ERP master data configuration, data migration, functional testing and UAT.
- Coordinate with accounts teams and software developers to identify and resolve functional issues.
- Assist in ERP implementation, user training and go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 3–7 years of practical experience in Accounts, Finance or ERP-related operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST and financial reporting.
- Experience with Tally Prime, Busy, SAP Business One, Odoo, ERPNext or similar accounting/ERP software.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification.

Preferred: Experience in ERP implementation, accounting software configuration or functional testing.

Location Preference

Only candidates currently residing in Agra or nearby areas who can commute daily to our Agra office should apply.

This is strictly a work-from-office position. Remote work and outstation relocation applications will not be considered.
