Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Executive with knowledge of civil construction operations and hands-on experience in BSF Software. The candidate will be responsible for managing ERP data, monitoring project activities, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day ERP operations using BSF Software.

- Maintain and update project-related data in the ERP system.

- Enter and monitor material requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and material consumption.

- Maintain records related to inventory, stores, procurement, billing, and project expenses.

- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Store In-charges, Purchase, Accounts, and HR departments.

- Monitor daily project progress and update relevant information in the ERP system.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly ERP reports.

- Verify data accuracy and resolve ERP-related discrepancies.

- Track material stock, inward and outward entries, and site consumption.

- Provide ERP training and support to site-level employees.

- Ensure timely submission and updating of project documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.

- Candidates must have a good understanding of civil construction activities and project operations.

- Hands-on experience in BSF Software (Build Superfast ERP) is preferred/mandatory as per company requirements.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP data management.

- 2–5 years of experience as an ERP Executive, preferably in the civil construction industry.

- Hands-on experience in BSF Software is preferred.

- Good knowledge of construction project operations, inventory, procurement, and billing processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.

- Good coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to manage multiple project-site ERP activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in construction companies will be preferred.

- Must have practical knowledge of ERP implementation and day-to-day operations.

- Should be willing to coordinate with Head Office and project sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
