We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Expert to lead ERP implementation and improve business processes across Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Planning and Finance.
The candidate will coordinate with the ERP implementation partner, manage system configuration, data migration, testing, employee training and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
- Coordinate with implementation partners and internal departments.
- Manage ERP configuration, data migration, testing and go-live.
- Improve Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales and Planning processes.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows.
- Prepare SOPs and train employees on ERP usage.
- Provide functional support and resolve ERP-related issues.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5–8 years of ERP functional experience.
- Minimum 2 complete implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Robust knowledge of Purchase, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales and Planning modules.
- Hands-on experience with data migration, UAT and go-live.
- Ability to independently develop Power BI reports.
- Experience in SOP documentation and user training.
- Graduate in Engineering, Commerce, IT or Supply Chain.
Preferred Skills
- FMCG, Food & Beverage or Distribution industry experience.
- Power Automate / Power Apps knowledge.
- Microsoft MB-800 or PL-300 certification.
- Experience with batch tracking, GST and e-commerce integrations.
