HIRA, JSA, Aspect-Impact studies Permit-to-Work (hot work, confined space, height, electrical) Chemical storage, labelling, SDS

- PPE matrix Workplace monitoring & periodic medical exams Guarding, interlocks, E-stops on presses, forging, heading, threading LOTO programme Testing of lifting tackles, pressure vessels, compressors Pre-start-up safety review of new machines / layouts ETP/STP operation & discharge norms Parameter monitoring (pH, BOD, COD, TSS etc.), NABL testing Stack, ambient air, noise &
