Senior Clinical Data Analyst – Epic Clarity, SQL & UDS Reporting

- Epic Clarity: Epic Clarity certification or at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Epic Clarity databases.
- SQL Development: At least 5 years of experience developing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and clinical reporting metrics using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL).
- UDS Reporting: Solid experience developing, validating, and maintaining Uniform Data System (UDS) clinical quality measures and reports for HRSA reporting.
- FQHC Experience: Experience working with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), community health centers, or similar ambulatory care organizations.
- Clinical Quality Measures: Experience building clinical quality measures (CQMs/eCQMs), including preventive screenings, chronic disease management, diabetes, hypertension, and other UDS measures.
- Clinical Workflows: Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows, patient encounters, diagnoses, procedures, medications, and documentation practices.
- Data Validation: Ability to reconcile SQL-generated metrics against Epic reporting, validate numerator and denominator logic, and investigate data discrepancies.
- Healthcare Data Standards:



Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC, and clinical terminology used in quality reporting.
- Reporting Requirements: Knowledge of HRSA UDS reporting guidelines, annual measure specifications, and reporting compliance.
- Data Integration: Experience working with Epic Clarity data structures, ETL processes, and healthcare data warehouses.
