About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and result-oriented English Test Preparation Trainer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for training students preparing for international English proficiency examinations, including IELTS, OET, PTE Academic, and CELPIP.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to guide students towards achieving their desired test scores through structured training and personalized feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online training sessions for IELTS, OET, PTE, and CELPIP aspirants.
- Train students in all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Develop structured lesson plans and training materials.
- Evaluate students' performance through mock tests and practice assessments.
- Provide detailed feedback and strategies to improve students' scores.
- Identify students' strengths and weaknesses and offer personalized guidance.
- Help students understand exam patterns, scoring criteria, and time management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and maintain performance records.
- Conduct speaking practice sessions and writing evaluations.
- Ensure an engaging, interactive, and result-oriented online learning experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in training students for IELTS, OET, PTE, or CELPIP.
- Strong knowledge of exam formats,



assessment criteria, and scoring patterns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify complex topics.
- Comfortable conducting online classes using digital platforms.
- Good time management and student engagement skills.
- A reliable laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a suitable workspace.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an IELTS / OET / PTE / CELPIP trainer.
- Relevant English language teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent. (If available)
- Experience handling both individual and group training sessions.
- Candidates with strong results in English proficiency examinations will be preferred.

Work Schedule
- Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home).
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Weekly Off: 1 day.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
