Role Description The English Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing and reviewing English language curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials for various learner levels. The English SME will deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for educators and learners to ensure effective implementation of English programs.

Daily tasks include assessing learner needs, providing academic support, improving content quality,



and collaborating with other departments to align training with organizational goals. The role also requires clear documentation of processes, periodic reporting on outcomes, and participation in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Training skills, with experience in classroom or institutional settings.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, educators, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Translation skills for adapting English content across different formats or languages when required.
- Candidates should possess strong grammar, vocabulary, and language proficiency, with the ability to develop and review academic content.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet academic and project deadlines.
- Experience with educational technology tools, curriculum design, or language assessment will be an added advantage.
