Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for monitoring the operations of projects based on the production plan and targets.

- Responsible for providing corrective measures to operations in case of deviation from the required plan and target, and escalate it to the functional incharge, in case required.

- Responsible for updating the master documents on the supporting software, to ensure steady production flow.

- Responsible for identifying and managing bottlenecks and delays based on the daily production status, and ensure timely communication on the same to the functional incharge.

- Responsible for the timely collection of essential documents related to drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures, for planning and initiating the project.





- Responsible for review and monitoring the FG ( Finished goods ) and RMs ( Raw material) through MRP system, and ensuring the safety stock level maintenance to meet the production demands.

- Responsible for timely coordination with other department heads, for discussing on the production plan to meet on-time delivery (OTD).

- Responsible for creatin the cut plan based on the QA approval against the requirements.

- Ensure TEI initiatives of QCC/Kaizen participation and completion of related projects by self.
