- Create and maintain accurate and efficient CNC programs using industry-leading CAM software (Master CAM-Mandatory, Edge CAM or Vericut any one skill is Mandatory).
- Optimize toolpaths, cutting parameters, and machining strategies to minimize cycle times, reduce tool wear, and improve surface finish.
- Conduct simulations and offline verification of programs to identify and resolve potential issues before machining.
1. Support Manufacturing Operations:
- Provide technical support to machine operators, including troubleshooting program errors, resolving machining issues, and optimizing setups.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recent machining processes and technologies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of machining problems and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in machining efficiency and accuracy.

Maintain and Improve CAM Systems:
- Maintain and update CAM software and post-processors.
- Develop and implement best practices for CAM programming and data management.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in CAM technology and industry best practices.

- Provide input on tooling and fixturing requirements for new products.
- Assist in the development of manufacturing processes for new products.
1. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in at least one major CAM software package (e.g., Veri cut - Mandatory).
