- Lead DD and GFC production of ELV packages for the Hospital, Medical College, Meditel, Residential, Central Utility Plant (CUP) and allied facilities.
- Review and validate the consultants' ELV design basis, system architecture, riser diagrams, device schedules, bandwidth and storage calculations, and integration matrices.
- Ensure healthcare-specific ELV systems are covered:

– Fire detection & alarm, public address & voice evacuation (PA/VA)

– Nurse call, code blue and patient-staff communication

– CCTV, access control, infant / patient tagging and security systems

– Structured cabling, active network, Wi-Fi, IP telephony and data centre / hub rooms

– Queue management, IPTV, digital signage, master clock and DAS / in-building mobile coverage

– Building Management System (BMS) and integration with HVAC, Electrical, PHE, Fire and Medical Gas alarms

- Drive production of GFC drawings: system schematics, riser diagrams, device layouts, containment routing, data centre / IDF / MDF room layouts, rack elevations, schedules and installation details.
- Lead value engineering of system architecture, network topology, cabling and containment,



device quantities and the level of system convergence. The goal is lower capital and operating costs without compromising safety, security or clinical functionality.
- Coordinate ELV design with Architecture, Interiors, Electrical, HVAC, PHE & Fire, Medical Equipment, and Digital & Smart / HIS teams. This covers ELV rooms, shafts, power and cooling for IT spaces, ceiling-void coordination and equipment interfaces, with clashes resolved through BIM coordination.
- Make sure the design follows cybersecurity, redundancy and scalability principles for future technology upgrades.
- Coordinate technical inputs for fire alarm requirements under the Fire NOC with the Liaison Consultant.
- Prepare and review specifications, BOQ inputs, equipment data sheets and tender documents.
- Review consultant DD and GFC submissions for completeness, code compliance, constructability and drawing quality.
- Support site teams with RFIs, shop drawing and submittal reviews, design clarifications, integration testing and commissioning requirements.
