Education

- ITI - Fitter Trade

- Engineering Industry, preferably in Machine Tool Manufacturing

Job Summary

- Machine sub-assembly, Machine assembly, Machine Installation at Customer Site

Desired skills and Experience:

- Should have 6 to 8 years of hands on experience for ITIs candidates in sub-assembly, assembly of Special Purpose Machines, VTLs, Tool Cutter Grinders.

- Basic knowledge exposure to Machine Sub-assemblies like Spindle, Slide, Column, Feed drive, Rotary tables, Gear boxes, work handling etc.,

- Hands on scrapping experience

- Ability to understand part drawings, assembly drawings machine layout

- Knowledge of Geometrical accuracies like straightness, squareness, concentricity, TIR, parallelism, measuring instruments etc.,

- Basic knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics , Coolant systems circuits

- Basic knowledge of drills, taps, size selection- Metric BSP, etc.,

- Fundamentals of Safety PPE

Basic communication skills - Kannada.

English

Hindi preferred
