Role Description The Education Mentor role at SAMASTHA E LEARNING is a full-time, on-site position based in Ottappalam.

The Education

Mentor will guide students through their academic curriculum, explain concepts clearly, and provide structured support to strengthen understanding and performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, delivering classroom or small-group sessions, monitoring student progress, and offering individual mentoring as needed. The role also involves maintaining regular communication with learners and guardians, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring a positive, respectful learning environment.

Mentor will collaborate with colleagues to align teaching practices with organizational standards and contribute to continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt methods to different learning styles.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, transparent verbal and written communication, and the ability to build rapport with students and guardians.
- Experience in Training or mentoring learners, with a focus on guiding academic progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Customer Service orientation, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism in responding to student and parent needs.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree or diploma in Education or a related field.
- Ability to work in office in Ottappalam, manage classroom dynamics, and maintain a respectful, inclusive learning environment.
- Basic familiarity with educational technology and digital tools used in teaching and assessment.
- Prior experience in tutoring, coaching, or school-based mentoring is an advantage.
