Job Title: Education & Career Counsellor – CareCubs

CareCubs is where kids explore, create, and innovate! We deliver hands-on programs in STEM, Robotics, AI, and Innovation, helping students build future-ready skills.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic counsellor to guide parents and students through our programs. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping families make informed choices while supporting enrollment.

What You’ll Do:

- Connect with parents and students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Conduct demo classes, orientations, and info sessions.
- Maintain CRM records for accurate follow-ups and reporting.
- Answer queries about programs, curriculum, and career pathways.
- Help grow our student community by converting inquiries into enrollments.

You Should Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; Education, Psychology, or Management is a plus.




- Minimum 1 year experience in counselling or B2C sales, preferably in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly approach with parents and students.
- Comfortable with MS Office and basic CRM tools.
