Looking for Website Ecommerce Operations - AM

Experience: 2 Years to 7 Years

Shifts: * 5 days working *, Day shift 10am to 7pm

Location: Lower Parel East, Mumbai

Works with: IT/Tech team, Internal stakeholders & Vendors Company Profile: It is a leading photography and digital imaging solutions company operating in the tourism, leisure, entertainment, and hospitality sector.

The company specializes in professional photography and imaging services for tourists and visitors at attractions, resorts, and entertainment destinations, and is part of the Thomas Cook India Group.

Role intent:

1. Own day-to-day eCommerce enablement and execution
2. Drive website deliverables with IT,
3. Keep the commerce platform ready (products/pricing),
4. Monitor transactions, and publish MIS
5. High exposure role with end-to-end visibility, suited for a strong executor

Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with IT/Tech to deliver website enhancements and fixes on time (requirements, follow-ups, UAT, release validation)

- Configure and maintain products, pricing, and availability in the commerce platform to keep eCommerce enabled
- Download, monitor,



and reconcile transactions/orders; publish periodic MIS to stakeholders

• Monitor Google Analytics (or equivalent): traffic, conversion signals, and anomalies; flag issues early

• Monitor customer flow through CRM console (including WhatsApp-led journeys where applicable): lead inflow, journey status, drop-offs, exceptions, and customer needs; coordinate fixes/escalations with Tech/Ops

- Maintain a straightforward operating rhythm: weekly priorities, open items, releases, risks, closures
- Track issues end-to-end: assess impact, escalate correctly, ensure closure with validation
- Maintain basic documentation: change notes, known issues, process notes

Skills & profile fit:

• Strong coordination with IT/Tech; structured follow-through

- Comfortable working on a commerce platform (catalogue/pricing/orders) and basic reporting

• Good understanding of eCommerce operations and release/UAT

- Ownership mindset; detail-aware; business-first communication
