Job Summary

CreateASolution is looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to manage Shopify operations, drive D2C growth, lead marketing campaigns, and manage the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Shopify store, product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Improve website conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
- Coordinate with performance marketers, content creators, agencies, and editors.
- Develop UGC content strategies, ad scripts, and creative campaigns.
- Lead the marketing team, set targets, and monitor KPIs.
- Track revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and marketing performance.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure advertising compliance.

Required Skills
- Strong Shopify and D2C e-commerce experience.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4.
- Understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, CRM, and product margins.
- Knowledge of UGC, short-form videos, and campaign strategy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.




- English fluency; Malayalam is an advantage.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, personal care, or mother and baby care brands is preferred.

- D2C revenue and business growth.
- CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Average order value and customer retention.
- Product catalogue quality and profitability.
- Content performance and team target achievement.
