QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role, along with prior experience in executive support roles, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing comprehensive support to the CEO, managing the organizations office operations and should have ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and ensure the CEO's schedule is optimized.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses.
- Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation,



for both domestic and international trips.
- Prepare travel agendas and ensure all necessary documents are organized.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues and catering.
- Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and partners.
