Required Skills

- Hands-on proficiency in Zuken E3 series, particularly E3 schematic and E3 cable, for independently creating and modifying electrical schematics and wiring harness designs.
- Experience preparing manufacturing-ready 2D harness drawings, connector pinouts, wire lists, connection tables and BOMs; working knowledge of E3 formboard.
- Ability to select wires, connectors, terminals, splices, fuses and relays based on current rating, voltage drop, environmental conditions and application requirements.
- Experience creating and maintaining E3 symbols and component libraries, performing design-rule checks and managing drawing revisions and engineering changes.
- Sound knowledge of mobile equipment electrical systems,



including power distribution, grounding, sensors, actuators, controllers and electrical interfaces.
- Knowledge of harness routing, shielding, EMC/EMI principles and applicable electrical drawing standards
- Ability to coordinate with international clients to check the integration and manufacturability
