Position: Deputy Manager - Recruitment

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and agile Deputy Manager - Recruitment to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our manufacturing business. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring quality talent across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, procurement, projects, and corporate functions while ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Manage bulk and lateral hiring requirements for plant and corporate functions.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Negotiate compensation, issue offer letters, and coordinate joining formalities.




- Track recruitment metrics, maintain MIS reports, and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment partners, consultants, and educational institutions.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance standards.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/MSW in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 6-8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong exposure to hiring for Production, Maintenance, Quality, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Engineering functions.
- Experience in handling volume hiring and leadership recruitment.

Pay: ₹483,000.00 - ₹610,000.00 per year
