We are looking for a Duty Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a resort located at Madh Island, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resort operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Supervise front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and handle guest complaints effectively.
- Manage staff allocation, shift schedules, and team performance.
- Coordinate with different departments for seamless operations.
- Monitor room readiness, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and monitor inventory.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3 to 6 years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Operations Supervisor.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest-handling skills.
- Positive knowledge of front office and resort operations.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
