We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Protection Officer (DPO) with 1–2 years of experience in data protection, privacy compliance, and information security. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation follows data protection regulations and maintains the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.
- Monitor and maintain data protection policies and procedures.
- Handle data privacy-related queries and concerns.
- Identify and assess potential data privacy risks.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain records of data processing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure handling of confidential information.
- Assist in managing data breaches and implementing corrective actions.
- Conduct employee awareness sessions on data privacy and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Law, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Data Protection, Privacy Compliance, or Information Security.
- Basic understanding of data protection laws and regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
- Knowledge of data privacy policies, risk assessment, and compliance documentation.
- Good communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
