Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor district-level training programs and ensure quality delivery.
- Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with MEPSC standards and maintain proper documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools.
- Address on-ground operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Track performance and prepare regular progress reports.
- Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, or field operations.
- Strong organizational and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
