Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor training programs and ensure quality implementation.
- Coordinate with trainers, schools, and district-level teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and MEPSC compliance.
- Maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Resolve on-ground operational challenges and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor training activities.
- Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in academic coordination, training, education operations, or field operations.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district.
- Solid communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
