We are looking for a creative and passionate Director Intern (Social Media) to lead the visual direction and video production for our social media channels. You will collaborate with strategists, editors, and creators to conceptualize, shoot, and direct engaging short-form video content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction: Plan, shot-list, and direct short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, ad creatives, and social content).
- On-Set Execution: Direct talent/creators on camera, manage framing, lighting, audio, and overall shoot setup.
- Conceptualization: Brainstorm video concepts, hooks, and visual treatments with content strategists and copywriters.
- Post-Production Oversight:
Work closely with video editors to ensure the final cut aligns with the visual vision and brand guidelines.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep track of emerging visual trends, audio tracks, and storytelling formats across platforms.
Requirements
- Solid portfolio or sample work demonstrating video directing, cinematography, or social media content creation.
- Proficiency in handling basic DSLR/Mirrorless cameras or high-end smartphone shoot setups.
- Good communication and leadership skills to direct people on camera comfortably.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹6,500.00 per month
