Job Title: Senior Director - Medical Coding Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Director - Medical Coding Operations with 20 years of healthcare BPO/RCM experience and strong expertise in multispecialty facility coding, client management, P&L; ownership, and large-scale operations leadership. The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, quality, productivity, profitability, and team performance across multiple coding accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L;, EBITDA, operational performance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead large medical coding delivery teams and ensure SLA compliance.
- Manage client relationships, escalations, and business reviews.
- Drive quality, productivity,



and process improvement initiatives.
- Oversee workforce planning, forecasting, training, and compliance.
- Manage transition projects, account growth, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure adherence to QMS, ISMS, and organizational policies.

Requirements:

- 20 years of professional experience with 10 years in senior people leadership.
- Robust experience in Facility/Hospital Multispecialty Medical Coding.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, Client Management, P&L; Management, Delivery Governance, and Project Management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership skills.
