ANS Dhivyam Jewells is seeking a motivated and organized Digital Sales Team Leader to manage customer inquiries, online sales activities and customer engagement across its expanding digital platforms.

The candidate will lead the digital sales team, monitor customer follow-ups, coordinate showroom appointments and support customer enrollment in jewellery savings schemes.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the online sales team and assign daily responsibilities.
- Manage inquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp, website and mobile application.
- Monitor customer follow-ups, appointment bookings and sales conversions.
- Coordinate with showroom sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Support customer enrollment and service inquiries relating to jewellery savings schemes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules.
- Track response times, lead conversions, appointments and sales performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Head of Digital Business.




- Train and guide online sales executives as the department expands.
- Ensure qualified communication and consistent customer service standards.

Required Skills

- Experience in sales coordination, customer relationship management or team supervision.
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking.
- Good organizational, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage customer follow-ups and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous retail, jewellery, customer service or online sales experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
