We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–2+ years of hands-on experience to take ownership of our multi-channel online growth.

Search and digital visibility are evolving rapidly. We are looking for someone who understands traditional SEO and SMO, as well as modern strategies like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) (ranking within AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) (winning featured snippets, direct answers, voice search).

Significant Notes:

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience with a proven track record of ranking brands. Freshers, please do not apply.
- Location: Primary work location is Nashik. Remote / Work-From-Home (WFH) options are strictly conditional/situational.
- Equipment: Candidate must have their own working laptop.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across diverse business verticals.
- SEO & Ranking: Conduct keyword research, on-page, off-page, technical SEO audits, and execute link-building to drive first-page Google rankings.
- GEO & AEO Strategy:



Structure content and brand data so search engines and AI answer systems (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) cite and recommend our clients.
- SMO & Social Growth: Manage social media channels, drive organic engagement, and build cohesive cross-platform brand presence.
- Perform competitor research, track analytics (GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs), and present monthly performance reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2+ years in core SEO, SMO, GEO, and AEO execution.
- Proven Track Record: Portfolio or case studies showing keyword rankings, traffic growth, and ROI for past brands/clients.
- Equipment: Must possess a functional personal laptop.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Nashik. (WFH considered only under specific circumstances).
- Strong analytical mindset, familiarity with schema markup, entity optimization, and content structuring for AI engines.
