Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Daily responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and engagement metrics to improve results.

The role involves coordinating with designers and content creators, conducting market and audience research, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.



The specialist will also prepare regular reports, present insights to the team, and contribute ideas to enhance overall digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, including interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably in an agency or tech-focused workplace, is an advantage.
