- Experience in German Lead Generation is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and Online Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- SEO, SEM, PPC Campaign Management.
- Social Media Marketing & Management.
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis & Market Research.
- Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Lead Generation Funnels and Performance Marketing.
- Email Marketing and Marketing Automation.
- Campaign Performance Tracking, Reporting & ROI Analysis.
- Solid understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rates.
- Experience targeting German-speaking audiences is highly preferred.
- Experience in the Travel Industry or International BPO will be an advantage.

Candidates with proven German lead generation experience are preferred.
