Digital Marketing Executive (0-1 Year Experience)
Studio CANDi is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive in Coimbatore with about 1 year of hands-on experience. You will plan and run marketing for our own brands, and grow with us as we build them.
About us
Studio CANDi is a brand creation and growth studio in Coimbatore. We build and grow our own brands, including a D2C baby clothing brand and a biryani food brand. You will work directly with the founder and alongside our content producer, who makes the videos and photos you will market.
What you'll do
- Plan monthly marketing calendars and campaigns for our brands, together with the content team
- Run and optimise paid ads on Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google, and manage the ad budget
- Grow our Shopify-based D2C store: traffic, conversions and repeat customers
- Plan and schedule social media posts and write captions, hooks and basic ad copy
- Do basic SEO, email and WhatsApp marketing
- Track results in Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and send a simple weekly report with what worked, what didn't and what to do next
- Research competitors, trends and audiences, and suggest current ideas
- Tell the content team which videos and creatives are performing, so we make more of what works
Who we're looking forSomeone with about 1 year of real digital marketing experience (a job or a proper internship) who wants to do more than post and boost.
You must have
- About 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Experience running Meta ads, Google ads, or both, with a real budget
- Ability to read numbers: reach,
clicks, cost per result, conversions and return on ad spend
- Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Good writing for captions and ad copy
- Comfort with Google Sheets for reports
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and own your results
It's a plus if you have
- Experience with Shopify or other D2C e-commerce brands
- Experience with food, retail or kids and parenting products
- Basic design skills and use of AI tools for content and research
- Good communication in Tamil and English
