Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Sivakasi. In this role, the individual will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote WeGrow Skill Campus programs and initiatives, including managing social media channels and online branding. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing web content, monitoring campaign performance using web analytics tools, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing activities with organizational goals.

The role also involves engaging with prospective learners online,



responding to inquiries, and contributing ideas to enhance the digital presence and reach of the campus.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and accurate digital content.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and optimize digital strategies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with SEO, basic design tools, and email marketing platforms.
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience or internships in digital marketing.
